The Australia Wine Research Institute was wanting to migrate its existing Excel based ferment simulator to the cloud. The ferment simulator uses a powerful swarm analysis algorithm to predict the result of a fermentation.
Offered as an additional module to their WineCloud software users can easily get access to this powerful and intelligent software allowing them to monitor and analyse ferments by running additional what now and what if analysis to create an optimal result for their wines.
Using a particle swarm analysis an algorithm is able to match the ferment curve of data collected to predict the result of the ferment.
Ferments can be setup and monitored within the software to keep a record of previous ferments and their result.
Users accessing the system are able to login via another software portal without needing to re-login by using a single sign on (SSO) authentication protocol.
While a ferment is running you can perform adjustments to the tank to run a further simulation to modify the potential outcome of the ferment.
After a ferment has been completed, by adjusting the data and actions it is possible to analyse how a ferment could have performed.
